Reva has a comprehensive consulting Methodology that we use for all ECM Projects. The Methodology defines phases, resources and activities to be performed in an assignment. Reva divides any ECM Project into the following four phases:
Phase 1 - Solution Selection (SS) – Define, Scope, and Propose.
Phase 2 - Solution Initiation (SI) – Establish Project Controls and Procedures.
Phase 3 - Solution Delivery (SD) – Design, Develop, and Deliver Services Solution.
Phase 4 - Solution Closure (SC) – Close Engagement, Customer Reference, and Leverage Reusable Content.
Reva also defines five types of functional technical roles and responsibilities that fit into our methodology. They are as follows:
Consulting Principal – Defines Project Scope, Oversight and Quality Management to Customer and Stakeholders.
Business Analyst – Works with Customer to Define Business and Technical Solution and Requirements.
Project Manager – Manages ECM Delivery Team, Gives Status, Change Control, Deliverables Management etc.
Solution Architect – Defines Solution Approach, Manages other Technical Resources assigned to Delivery Team
