Document Management – A document management system (DMS) is a computer system (or set of computer programs) used to track and store electronic documents and/or images of paper documents. A DMS takes care of location, filing, retrieval, security, disaster recovery, retention, archiving, distribution, workflow, creation and authentication/approval.

Web Content Management – Web content management systems are often used for storing, controlling, versioning, and publishing industry-specific documentation such as news articles, operators' manuals, technical manuals, sales guides, and marketing brochures.

Records Management – Or RM, is the practice of identifying, classifying, archiving, preserving, and destroying records. The ISO defines records as "information created, received, and maintained as evidence and information by an organization or person, in pursuance of legal obligations or in the transaction of business".

Digital Asset Management – Or DAM consists of tasks and decisions surrounding ingesting, annotating, cataloguing, storage and retrieval of digital assets, such as digital photographs, animations, videos and music. Digital asset management systems are computer software and/or hardware systems that aid in the process of digital asset management.

Document Imaging Systems – Document Imaging is an information technology category for systems capable of replicating documents commonly used in business. Document Imaging Systems can take many forms including microfilm, on demand printers, facsimile machines, copiers, multifunction printers, document scanners, Computer Output Microfilm (COM) and archive writers. In the last 15 years Document Imaging has been used to describe software-based computer systems that capture, store and reprint images.

Business Process Management (Workflow) - A process is a collection of related, structured activities that produce a service or product. These processes tend to get management’s attention because they are performed daily and their costs are not insignificant.

Email Management & Compliance- An email response management service (ERMS) is a set of programs that automatically handles email messages and attachments according to user-defined rules. A comprehensive ERMS product includes reporting and history components to ensure that messages are not forgotten or misplaced.

Intelligent Document Assembly
Intelligent Document Assembly (IDA) adds variability to new or existing Word Documents. Through IDA it is easy to define assembly logic that controls content and style variability at any level of granularity. The Document variability using IDA is normally controlled via a user inputting text or data into an online form. Depending upon the responses to questions in the form, database queries can be launched and paragraphs (with embedded logic) can be put together to create personalized correspondence, almost immediately
