Baywest is a major Property Management company based in Vancouver, Canada. We developed an innovative Accounts Payable application using Imaging, Scanning and Document Management technologies that allowed them automate their core business functions and give managers the tools they need to efficiently manage the paper flow.

A property manager's work involves a lot of time managing all the various correspondence on strata units. With a lot of paper flowing, managers can have a hard time keeping track of all outstanding invoices, ensuring the billing is accurate and tracking it with the work completed.
