Dial Corporation, a company of Henkel based out of Scottsdale, Arizona is consumer products manufacturing group producing several detergents and other consumable products such as anti-bacterial soaps.

We implemented a document management system for managing the specifications documents for the anti-bacterial products that are classified as Over The Counter (OTC). As these products are regulated under the FDA, a compliant validated solution was required for the 21CFR11 electronic document submissions and approvals.

Business Challenges:

Some of the products being manufactured by the Dial Corporation are regulated by FDA - there is an enormous paper process involved in ensuring the documents are controlled and secured. All the FDA compliance requirements were managed using the paper documents and it was hard to find the final approved and current documents.
