We implemented a document management system that is used to store all client-related information, a web-based solution that provides online monthly statements and year-end tax statements, as well as a scanning/indexing solution using Kofax to digitize the paper intensive new client account opening process to realize the following business benefits:

  • Easily find and organize client information - especially beneficial during an audit
  • Automate the scanning and indexing of New Client applications and make validation easy by integrating with ADP Dataphile
  • Better customer service by providing online statements and year end Tax Forms via RJL net
  • A complete overview of the client to the brokers by having one interface to look at for all account documents and financial statements

Our role:

We were involved in the needs analysis, solution design, implementation and training. We also installed and configured the Kofax capture environment and created a custom Kofax release.
