TELUS is one of Canada's leading providers of Telecommunications services.

We implemented a Web Content Management system using Documentum Web Publisher to manage the TELUS business portal based on Sun One Portal.

Business Challenges:

TELUS Business Services provides several services and products to the small, medium and large enterprise. As the services and products are changing more frequently, the IT department became a bottleneck in getting the web portal updated with new content and publishing it. The cost and time to publish is cost prohibitive as it involves costly IT and branding resources to develop or change content and pages.

Our role:

We designed and developed the infrastructure for the Documentum platform as well as the content management system with Documentum Web Publisher. We also worked with the business, IT, Branding and Legal team to launch the business portal along with Sun One Portal.
