Overview

Reva Solutions’ integration allows users to manage digital documents efficiently. This integration provides business users with access to relevant documents within any ServiceNow product while maintaining a single-source-of-the-truth, records and security-compliant content platform across the enterprise.

How does it work?

When documents are processed in ServiceNow via the integration, a workspace is created within OpenText xECM where users with the appropriate permissions will be able to access the documents related to the business case. This allows for relevant business documents to be used in the context of the case while being secured, protected and managed in a compliant and unified way across the enterprise.
